County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990

RESOLUTION 92-09

TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF THE TOWN CHARTER

Be it RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Washington Grove,
Maryland, pursuant to the provisions of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 edition), as amended, that, in order to de-annex approximately 2,744 square feet of
property conveyed for the Town to Holston Brothers, Inc., Section 4 (Description of
Corporate Boundaries) of the Charter of the Town of Washington Grove, Montgomery
County, Maryland, enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1937, as
amended, is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendment.

Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

TO AMEND SECTION 15 OF THE TOWN CHARTER

Be it RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Washington Grove,
Maryland, pursuant to the provisions of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 edition), as amended, that Subsection (b) of Section 15 (Legislative Powers) of the
Charter of the Town of Washington Grove, Montgomery County, Maryland, enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1937, as amended, is hereby amended.

[Section 15 of the Charter of the Town of Washington Grove, Montgomery County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
