14-102. LEGISLATIVE POLICY.

THE PURPOSES OF THIS TITLE ARE TO SAFEGUARD LIFE, HEALTH,
AND PROPERTY AND TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC WELFARE BY REGULATING
PERSONS WHO PRACTICE ENGINEERING IN THE STATE.
