AN ACT amending Section 1.300 "Salaries and Fringe Benefits"
and Section 1.305 "Special Provisions" of the Howard County Code
in order to provide an annual salary adjustment for County
employees.

Effective Date July 1, 1988.

Bill No. 21

AN ACT amending Section 16.127 "Storm drainage" of the
Howard County Code to permit the adoption by resolution of the
developer's contribution toward off-site storm drainage
facilities.

Effective Date July 25, 1988.

Bill No. 23

AN ACT amending various sections of subtitle 1 "Personnel"
of Title 1 "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
provide longevity increments for long-term employees, to provide
funeral leave upon the death of certain family members, to
provide additional annual leave for long-term employees, to
provide less personal leave for employees hired during the 2nd
half of a calendar year, to provide for the conversion to pay of
unused disability leave under certain conditions, and to provide
for exceptions for employees covered by currently effective
collective bargaining agreements.

Effective Date July 25, 1988.
