(2)  "LICENSE" INCLUDES, UNLESS THE CONTEXT REQUIRES
OTHERWISE, A LIMITED LICENSE.

(F)  LICENSED PILOT.

(1)  "LICENSED PILOT" MEANS A PILOT WHO IS LICENSED BY
THE BOARD TO PROVIDE PILOTAGE.

(2)  "LICENSED PILOT" INCLUDES THE HOLDER OF A LIMITED
LICENSE.

Occasionally, the term "licensee" is used in this
title as a synonym for "licensed pilot". Since
"license" and "limited license" are defined in
subsections (e) and (g) of this section, respectively,
