A LOCAL JURISDICTION MAY GRANT A WAIVER UNDER THIS SECTION (1) PAYS ANY LICENSE FEE THAT THE LOCAL JURISDICTION (2) PROVIDES ADEQUATE EVIDENCE THAT THE APPLICANT: (I) BECAME LICENSED AS A MASTER ELECTRICIAN (II) HOLDS AN ACTIVE STATE LICENSE; AND (III) IN PLACE OF ANY BOND REQUIREMENT OF A (C) ISSUANCE.
