SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - State Government

6-105.

(a)(1) The Attorney General may employ a staff in
accordance with the State budget.

(2)  Staff appointed under this subsection serves at
the pleasure of the Attorney General.

(3)  (i) Staff appointed under this subsection is
entitled to compensation as provided in the State budget.
