housing projects and establishing a monetary limit on the
issuance of this insurance; making permanent the enactment
of certain forgiveness provisions; defining a certain term
terms; requiring the Department to make a certain report
reports to the Legislative Policy Committee and the
Department of Fiscal Services; providing for differing
effective dates the effective dates of this Act; making
certain provisions of this Act subject to certain
contingencies; and generally relating to the Department of
Housing and Community Development, the Maryland Housing
Rehabilitation Program, and the Maryland Housing Fund.
