(c) All certificates of authority issued hereunder and all
renewals thereof shall expire on December 31 following such
issuance or renewal. Renewal of all certificates not previously
revoked or suspended shall be upon written application in such
forms as are provided by the Commissioner and shall contain such
information as prescribed by him including a financial statement
as required under § 3(b)(3) of this article.

Article 56 - Licenses

148.

(g) (1) Every petroleum transporter shall maintain for
inspection a manufacturer's certificate of origin for each
registered vehicle which shows the measured calibration by pots
or compartments for the vehicle. If such a certificate is
unavailable, a certification by a government agency or a
[certified engineering] firm OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS shall be
acquired and maintained for inspection at the Comptroller's
request.

242.

(a)  No trading stamp company shall distribute trading
stamps in this State or shall redeem trading stamps hereafter
issued therein until it has filed with the Secretary of State:

A. A statement of registration accompanied by
representative samples of its stamps, stamp collection books,
stamp redemption catalogues, and stamp distribution and
redemption agreement forms, currently used in this State. Each
such statement shall provide the following information:

(7)  A short form of its balance sheet, as at
the end of its last fiscal year prior to such filing, certified
by an independent CERTIFIED public accountant; and

(8)  Unless the principal sum of the bond
hereinafter required to be filed by the company is the maximum
amount, a statement of its gross income from its business in this
State as a trading stamp company during such last fiscal year,
certified by an independent CERTIFIED public accountant; and
simultaneously therewith[.]

(b)  Each mile thoroughbred licensee licensed under § 7 of
this article shall deduct the breakage computed to the 10 cents
and the following amounts on all races conducted by it: 17
