LAWS OF MARYLAND

(4) a receipt from the Income Tax Division of the
Comptroller's Office or, as authorized by the Superintendent,
other documentation showing that the State income tax of the
[private detective agency] LICENSEE LICENSED PRIVATE DETECTIVE
AGENCY has been paid for the past calendar year.

14-202.

(a) (1) The Board consists of 6 members.

(2)  Of the 6 members of the Board:

(i) 4 shall be engineers; and
(ii) 2 shall be consumer members.

(3)  Of the 4 engineer members of the Board:

(i) 1 shall be a chemical engineer;

(ii) 1 shall be a civil engineer;

(iii) 1 shall be an electrical engineer; and

(iv) 1 shall be a mechanical engineer.

(4)  The Governor shall appoint the members with the
advice of the Secretary and with the advice and consent of the
Senate.

(5)  (i) The Governor shall appoint each of the
engineer members from a SINGLE list of at least 3 names of
engineers submitted by the [Maryland chapter or section] LOCAL
CHAPTERS of the applicable professional organization, as set
forth in this paragraph.

(ii) For the chemical engineer member, the list
shall be submitted by the American Institute of Chemical
Engineers.

(iii) For the civil engineer member, the list
shall be submitted by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

(iv) For the electrical engineer member, the
list shall be submitted by the Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers.

(v) For the mechanical engineer member, the
list shall be submitted by the American Society of Mechanical
Engineers.
