AN ACT concerning

Educational Auxiliary and Academic
Facilities Bonding Authority

FOR the purpose of altering the auxiliary facilities revenue bond
authority and establishing academic facilities revenue bond
authority for the University of Maryland System, Morgan
State University, and St. Mary's College of Maryland to be
the educational auxiliary and academic facilities bonding
authority; amending and establishing the criteria for that
authority; and assigning certain duties relating to that
authority to the Capital Debt Affordability Committee;
generally relating to the revenue bond authority of the
University of Maryland System, Morgan State University, and
St. Mary's College of Maryland; and approving certain
facilities for the University of Maryland System and the
issuance of bonds by the University of Maryland System to
finance such facilities.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
