Frederick County - Treasurer

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the Frederick County
treasurer; and providing that this Act does not apply to the
salary or compensation of the incumbent treasurer.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 25 - County Commissioners

51.

(a) The county treasurers of the several counties of the
State shall receive annually the respective salaries herewith set
forth for performing the duties required of them by their
respective public local laws and by the public general laws of
the State:

(m) In Frederick County the annual salary of the county
treasurer is [$28,000] $40,000.
