to provide funds for the support
of the Maryland Student
Assistance Program designed to
effectively deal with the early
identification, intervention and
referral of students who are
having problems in school which
may be due to substance abuse.
The funds will enhance the
State's involvement in training
and supporting MSAP teams in
local school systems.
