and Children and Teachers

Together (PACT) Project. PACT is

intended to increase parent

involvement in the lives and

education of their children,

especially children who are

disadvantaged. The funds will be

used to employ contractual staff,

for teacher training, and for

grants to local school systems in

order to establish a Professional

Development Academy.
