Amendment No. 9:

On page 82, in line 40, strike "legislation" and substitute
"Senate Bill 414 or House Bill 565".

Amendment No. 10:

On page 84, beginning in line 16 and ending in line 18,
strike "for operating expenses as special funds" and substitute
"as special funds for operating expenses".

Amendment No. 11:

On page 87, beginning in line 21 following the word
"health", add ", provided that 7,170,750 of this appropriation is
contingent upon enactment of legislation to provide comprehensive
medical and other health care for all pregnant women and children
under the age of one who fall between 100 percent and below 185
percent of the poverty level, as permitted by the federal Omnibus
Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987.", and beginning in line 23
following the word "Appropriation" add "provided that 7,170,750
of this appropriation is contingent upon enactment of legislation

strike "legislation" through "$3,000" in its entirety and
substitute "House Bill 629 provided that the legislation sets
forth a statutory basis for the additional appropriation as
provided herein.".

Amendment No. 14:

On page 116, beginning in line 40 and ending in line 44,
strike "legislation" through "$3,000" in its entirety and
substitute "House Bill 629 provided that the legislation sets
forth a statutory basis for the additional appropriation as
