SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public health and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect
from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Handgun Roster Board

FOR the purpose of clarifying that a certain member of the
Handgun Roster Board is required to be a resident of the
State; providing that a certain member of the Board may be a
handgun dealer or a gunsmith; eliminating a certain
preference for a certain member of the Board; making a
technical change; making this Act an emergency measure; and
generally relating to the composition of the Handgun Roster
Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
