7-210.

(a) (2) (i) An issue of the Register, devoted in whole or
in part to procurement, shall be published each week and contain
every document:

1. required or, if the [procurement
agency] UNIT as defined in § 11-101[(1)] (V) of the State Finance
and Procurement Article requests publication, permitted to be
published by that article; and

8-403.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1990, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(4) Energy Overcharge Restitution Trust Fund (Article
[41B] 83B, § 7-301 of the Code);
