MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS

RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS

CONCERNING ENACTMENT OF

REVISED MUNICIPAL CHARTER

A RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Queen Anne adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the constitution of
the state of Maryland and Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title "Corporations - Municipal," repealing the charter
of said town of Queen Anne set forth in Sections 322A to 322S
inclusive of Article 18 of the code of Public Local laws of
Maryland (1965 Ed.) as amended, and enacting in lieu thereof a
revised Charter being substantially the municipal corporation
Charter contained in Article 23B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title "Municipal Corporation Charter," except Sections
13, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 (31) (37) (42) (43) (45) (48) (49)
(52) (53) (54) 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 42, 45, 50, 61, 67,
68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 76 (6), 78 (1) (2), 82, 83, 86, 88, 98,
and 101 of said Article 23B are omitted in their entirety.

[Section(s) 18-1 through 18-19 of the Charter of the Town of
Queen Anne, Talbot and Queen Anne's Counties, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed.

Section(s) 1 through 104 of the Charter of the Town of Queen
Anne, Talbot and Queen Anne's Counties, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
added.

Effective Date January 28, 1986]
