THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CECILTON, SAID RESOLUTION CONSTITUTES
AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF THE BODY POLITIC AND
CORPORATE KNOWN AS "THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF CECILTON".
[Section 719 of the Charter of the Town of Cecilton, Cecil
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition); repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date March 24, 1987]

RESOLUTION NO. 154
BE IF RESOLVED, that the Charter of the Town of Centreville
be amended as follows:
Section 202 of the Charter of the Town of Centreville is
hereby amended by adding, the words "Any Council member who
ceases to reside in the town during his or her term of office
shall immediately resign; terminating his or her membership on
the Town Council; The vacancy created by the resignation of any
council member's position shall be filled as set forth in Section
414 of this Charter"; the said Section to hereafter read as
follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 158
ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS
OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE
WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation of Land adjacent and
contiguous to part of the existing corporate boundaries of the
Town of Centreville has been filed by Clayton C. Carter,
individually, and Maryland National Bank and Clayton C. Carter as
Trustees under the Trust of Olivia Cann Carter, Corsica Hills
Associates Limited Partnership, Medical Services Corporation and
Lawrence Callahan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and
