A.  No detainers have been filed against any of these
prisoners listed on the attachment to this Executive
Order except for fines or for traffic or non-support.

B.  None of these inmates have been convicted of escape,
attempted escape, or any sex offense;

C.  All of these inmates have completed extensive
educational programs and participated in work release.

D.  The sentence of incarceration of each inmate listed on
the attachment to this Executive Order will expire
between December 23, 1987 and February 29, 1988.

E.  Assurances have been received that each of the inmates
on the attachment to this Executive Order can be
released without danger to the public safety; and

WHEREAS, Having carefully considered the recommendations of the
Commissioner of Correction and the Maryland Parole
Commission which have been made to me;
