Ch. 648 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE THE EXAMINATION, THE (2) THE NOTICE SHALL SPECIFY THE PASSING SCORE FOR (D) SUBJECTS AND METHOD OF EXAMINATION. (1) THE STATE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE SUBJECTS AND (2) THE STATE BOARD SHALL CHOOSE EXAMINATION (I) TEST THE APPLICANT'S KNOWLEDGE OF ALL (II) ARE CONSTRUCTED TO DETERMINE THE FITNESS (3) THE STATE BOARD MAY APPOINT A COMMITTEE TO (E) FORM OF EXAMINATION. THE FORM OF THE EXAMINATION SHALL BE OBJECTIVE AND WRITTEN. (F) PASSING SCORE. THE PASSING SCORE FOR THE EXAMINATION SHALL BE 70%. (G) NOTICE OF SCORE. WITHIN 4 5 DAYS AFTER THE EXAMINATION, THE STATE BOARD SHALL (H) REVIEW OF EXAMINATION. ON WRITTEN REQUEST TO THE STATE BOARD, AN APPLICANT WHO (I) FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR EXAMINATION.
