Ch. 262 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) THE RECEIVER SHALL FILE THE NOTICE OF LIEN WITH: (I) THE LAND AND CHATTEL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY (II) THE DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND (3) A LIEN UNDER THIS SUBSECTION EXTENDS TO: (I) THE PROPERTY OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL (II) HAS PRIORITY OVER ANY LIEN OR OTHER 19-339.
