WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 221
COMMISSIONERS. The inspector shall have all the powers of a peace
officer of the State of Maryland in respect to the enforcement of
the alcoholic beverage laws of Cecil County and shall make an
oath, as provided in the Constitution of Maryland, to faithfully
perform the duties entrusted to him. The inspector shall visit
and inspect at unannounced times every licensed premise in Cecil
County at least every 90 days. The inspector shall make monthly
reports in writing to the [liquor control board] BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS covering his activities, setting forth any
complaints, and listing any violations that may have been
observed [by him] or reported to [him] THE INSPECTOR. [No] A
person [shall] MAY NOT accept appointment or continue as an
inspector if either [he] THE INSPECTOR or any member of [his] THE
INSPECTOR'S immediate family has any personal or financial
interest either directly or indirectly in any license or in any
licensed premises under the provisions of this article.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

Cecil County - Assessment Interest Charges
FOR the purpose of altering in Cecil County the number of days
when interest charges are applied to certain assessments and
charges that are due; and generally relating to certain
charges in Cecil County.
