On page 52, immediately following line 16, add the following
language:

"Provided that of the Special Fund

Appropriation, $16,000,000

represents that share of Program
Open Space revenues available for
State projects and $16,000,000
represents that share of Program
Open Space revenues available for
local programs. These amounts
may be used for any State

projects or local shares

authorized in Chapter 403, Laws
of Maryland, 1969, as amended, or
in Chapter 81, Laws of Maryland,
1984; or in Chapter 106, Laws of
Maryland 1985; or in Chapter 109,
Laws of Maryland, 1986; or in
Chapter 121, Laws of Maryland,
1987; and for any of the
following State projects.
