WORCESTER COUNTY

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 2-103
of the County Government Article of the Code of Public Local Laws
be REPEALED AND REENACTED to read as follows:

SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, That a new Section
2-201 of the County Government of the Public Local Laws be
CREATED to read as follows that the existing 2-201, 2-202, and
2-203 be renumbered to 2-202, 2-203, and 2-204 respectively.

SECTION 4. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, That a new Section
2-106 of the County Government Article of the Code of Public
Local Laws be created to read as follows:

SECTION 5. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Sections 1-102,
1-103, and 1-105 of the Public Works Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws be REPEALED AND REENACTED to read as follows:

Effective Date October 3, 1986.

Commissioners, County employees, and individual members of County
boards and agencies appointed by the County Commissioners for
acts taken in good faith.
