MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL

CITY OF WESTMINSTER

TO AMEND THE CITY CHARTER

CHARTER RESOLUTION NO.: 86-4

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
Westminster find it desirable to incorporate the powers granted
by Section 3, Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
relative to municipal infractions into the Charter of the City of
Westminster; and

WHEREAS, Article 23A, Section 13 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland provides for municipal Charter Amendment by resolution.
