FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, A COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE OR A DESIGNEE
OF THAT JUDGE MAY GRANT A CHANGE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT TRIAL DATE.

[(b)] (C) The [judges of the] Court of Appeals [of Maryland
are authorized to establish] MAY ADOPT additional rules of
practice and procedure for the implementation of this section in
[the various] circuit courts [throughout the State of Maryland].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Identification Numbers

FOR the purpose of renumbering a certain section of the Maryland
Vehicle Law prohibiting the sale, purchase, possession,
receipt, or disposal of a vehicle or the engine of a vehicle
by a person when that person knows that the identification
number of the vehicle or engine has been falsified.
