these funds, and to the titling of property purchased for these
purposes; repealing the requirement that the County Roads Board
meet on certain dates and at certain times, and repealing
provision for travel expense reimbursement; repealing the
requirement that the County Roads Board appoint a County Roads
Engineer, and repealing provisions generally relating to the
Engineer's duties and compensation; repealing the authority of
the County Roads Board to employ certain personnel and fix their
compensation; and repealing provision of travel expenses to
members, appointees and employees of the County Roads Board.
