73-8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County,
Maryland (1984 Edition) be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments.

A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW concerning Allegany County, Maryland
General Obligation Notes in an aggregate principal amount that
shall not at any time exceed the sum of $135,000.

Effective Date December 20, 1985.

EMERGENCY BILL No. 1-85

AN ACT to add new Subsection (b)(4) to Section 7-10 "Public
Landings" of Article III entitled "Public Landings and
Facilities" of Chapter 7 "Recreation" of the Kent County Code of
Public Local Laws (1979) Edition to read that no vessel may dock
in transient areas more than ten (10) days out of any consecutive
thirty (30) days at a Public Landing where slips are rented.

AN ACT to amend Section 6-51(a)(l) Sale of Easement of
Article VI entitled "Agricultural Land Preservation" of Chapter 6
"Land Use" of the Kent County Code of Public Local Laws (1979)
Edition relating to requirement procedure for establishing
agricultural easements.
