A BILL ENTITLED

"An Act to Establish a Modified Method for Construction
or Improvement of Certain Private Roads and Streets
in Allegany County to Standards for Acceptance
into the County Roads System."

An Act, to repeal and reenact Chapter 173, Article 2,
Section 173-11 thru 173-16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1983 Edition) entitle "Construction and
Improvements" and enacting a new Chapter 173, Article 2, the same
to read as follows:

Effective Date March 18, 1985.

A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW ENTITLED

"Manufacturers Tax Exemption"

For the purpose of enacting a comprehensive system of tax
exemption for certain manufacturing machinery and equipment
located in Allegany County, Maryland and establishing the
guidelines and procedures for the implementation of such a system
for the encouragement of manufacturing investment and
reinvestment in Allegany County, Maryland.

Effective Date July 1, 1985.

the Amount and Method of Applying Annual Benefit
Assessment for Construction or Improvement of Certain
Private Roads and Streets in Allegany County."

An Act, to repeal and reenact Section 8 of Chapter 173,
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County
(1983 Edition) entitled "Amount and Method of Applying Annual
Benefit Assessment" and enacting a new Section 8 of said Chapter
173, Article 2, the same to read as follows:

Effective Date June 17, 1985.
