SECTION I: BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF WESTMINSTER, that pursuant to the authority of Section
3 (Home Rule) of Article XI-E (Municipal Corporations) of the
Constitution of Maryland and the provisions of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume, as
amended), title "Corporations-Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule",
to repeal Section 11 of the Charter of the City of Westminster
and to re-enact, with amendments, Section 11 entitled "Mayor and
Common Council; ordinances".

[Section 11 of the Charter of the City of Westminster,
Carroll County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters
of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date April 22, 1986]

WILLARDS

Ordinance No. 1985-2

An ordinance to amend sections of the Town Charter for the
Town of Willards, Willards, Maryland regarding the terms of
office and meetings of the Council members.

reenacted, with amendments.
