23.05.01.02 General Emergency Fund

To the Board of Public Works to be
used by the Board in its judgment
(1) for supplementing
appropriations made in the budget
for Fiscal Year 1987 when the
regular appropriations are
insufficient for the operating
expenses of the government beyond
those that are contemplated at
the time of the appropriation of
the budget for this fiscal year
or -(2) for any other
contingencies that might arise
within the State or other
governmental agencies during the
fiscal year or any other purposes
provided by law, when adequate
provision for such contingencies
or purposes has not been made in
this budget.
