Administrative Judge to staff the Office of the Director of
Assignments, other than the Director of Assignments, who shall be
appointed by the County Administrative Judge and who shall serve
at the pleasure of the majority of all the judges. No employee
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be assigned to or removed
from the Office of the Director of Assignments without the
approval of the County Administrative Judge, and all employees of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court assigned to the Office of the
Director of Assignments shall perform the duties and
responsibilities of that office under the supervision and control
of the Director of Assignments.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in Anne Arundel County and all employees of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court shall continue to cooperate in all
ways with the Office of the Director of Assignments as directed
by the Circuit and County Administrative Judges.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License Commissioners
of Harford County to approve a license to sell alcoholic
beverages within a certain distance of a church or place of
worship under certain conditions.
