THE DISPOSITION OF WILD ANIMALS. ASSISTANCE MAY INCLUDE FIELD
SERVICES, TRAINING, AND REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT TO COUNTIES
LOCAL POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS FOR WILDLIFE CONTROL AS APPROVED BY
THE DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES AND PLANS AGREED TO
BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT AND THE LOCAL POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Group Health Insurance Plan
FOR the purpose of establishing the Maryland Group Health
Insurance Plan administered by the Insurance Commissioner;
providing that the Plan shall provide hospital, medical, and
surgical benefits to any eligible member; directing the
Insurance Commissioner to procure an insurer to underwrite
the Plan; authorizing the Insurance Commissioner to
determine all matters and specifications relating to the
Plan; requiring that premiums be based on Plan experience
and be sufficient to cover all Plan costs; providing that
notice of Plan benefits and eligibility requirements be
given by the Insurance Commissioner, the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene, and the Secretary of Employment and
Training; providing that the State shall have no pecuniary
liability under this Act; defining certain terms; requiring
the Insurance Commissioner to issue a request for proposals
to implement this Act by a certain date; making certain
provisions of this Act contingent on the passage of other
Acts; and generally relating to the Maryland Group Health
Insurance Plan.

Section 598 through 604, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "43. Maryland Group Health Insurance Plan"
