legalized. Also, any pocket or loose-leaf supplement to this
Code published under the direction of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garrett County is legalized. The 1985 Code
shall contain all public local laws, ordinances and resolutions
relating to Garrett County in effect after the 1985 Regular
Session of the General Assembly of Maryland. The Code and any
supplement to the Code shall be deemed and taken in all the
courts of the State and by all judges of the courts and by all
other public officials of the State and of any of its political
subdivisions as evidence of the Public Local Laws of Garrett
County in effect at the time of compilation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Board of
County Commissioners of Garrett County is authorized to make an
appropriation to provide for the publication of the 1985 edition
of the Garrett County Code and any supplements to the Code.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Tax Sales - Garrett County - Attorney's Fees

FOR the purpose of altering the fee paid to certain attorneys for
the performance of certain services in connection with tax
sales of property in Garrett County; and altering the amount
of charges due on certain property in Garrett County subject
to tax sales.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
