DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects misnomers of the State of

Maryland Deposit Insurance Fund Corporation in §§

10-110(a) and 10-112(b) of the Financial Institutions
Article.

The misnomers were contained in Ch. 6 of the Acts of
the First Special Session of the General Assembly of
1985.

The misnomers were noted by the Majority Leader of the
House of Delegates.

(c) The Corporation shall consider, in approving
applications for awards as provided under this subtitle:

(1) The extent to which the proposed project will
provide housing for the lowest income groups[.];

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects erroneous punctuation in §
13-610(c)(l) of the Financial Institutions Article.

The erroneous punctuation, a period rather than a
semicolon of the first item in a series of 3 was
contained in Ch. 732 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1985.

The erroneous punctuation was noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.

Article - Health - Environmental

7-221.

(a) All expenditures from the State Hazardous Substance
Control Fund made by the Department under [§ 7-220 (1), (2), (3),
(4), and (5)] § 7-220 of this subtitle in response to a release
or a threatened release of a controlled hazardous substance at a
particular site shall be reimbursed to the Department for the
State Hazardous Substance Control Fund by the person responsible
for the release or threatened release.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an ambiguous internal
reference in § 7-221(a) of the Health - Environmental
Article.

The ambiguous internal reference was corrected in Ch.
10 of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1985, but a
later enacted law, Ch. 203 of the Acts of the Regular
Session of 1985 amended the internal reference by
adding paragraph (5), thereby undoing the correction
