121 March Court 1716 William Trew of Said County Acknowledges an Instrument of writing for two hundred Acres of Land to Mary Pearce and her heires Mr Lambt Wilmer Mr. Henry Lowe Junr. and Mr. John March they take their place and Sits on the bench ~~~~ Mr Thomas Bowne having a Servt. John Underhill Junr. whom the County had paid Some Tobo. the Said Mr Thomas Bowne Saith he hath Served his time with him and he delivers him up to the Court on which John Underhill Senr. comes into Court and assumes to pay the County the Tobacco of Six hundred Eighty four pds of Tobo ~~~~~~ Tho Rasin Comes into Court and brings a Power of Attorney . from Philip Rasin and his wife to make over one hundred Acres of Land being part of Tract of Land called Drevit to William Reding - William Debruler and Nathl Pearce being Evidences to the Same proves that they See the afd Philip Rasin and his wife Signe Seale and deliver the Said Power of Attry to and for the uses therein contained Thomas Rasin by vertue of the afd Power of attorney comes into Court and Acknowledges the Conveyance for the afd hundred Acrew of Land to William Reding his heires and assignes forever Tho Rasin comes into Court and brings a power of attorney from John Hamblin to make over one hundred Acres of Land . being part of two tracts of Land Called Drevit and Stoneton to Willm Reding William Debruler and Nathaniel Pearce being Evidences to . the Same proves that they See the afd John Hamblin Signe Seale and deliver the Said Power of attorney to and for the uses therein contained Thomas Rasin by vertue of the afd power of attorney from the afd John Hamblin comes into Court and Acknowledges the Conveyance for the afd one hundred Acres of Land to William Reding his heires and assignes forever |
