   And the Said Plt~. by his afd Attry prays that the afd Deft to his
   Decln may answer    And the Said Deft Came into Court in his proper
   person and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accon afd of him the
   Said Plt. nor but that the Accompt afd is Just and true and is —
   willing that Judgment Should be entred for the Same: Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here this Seventh day of Aprill Anno
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt~.
   Gregory Brucks Recover against the afd Deft. George Hill as well the.
   Sume of Three pounds Seventeen Shillings Currant money as afd damages
   as also the Sume of Three hundred and nine pounds of Tobacco Cost by ye.
