   his attry comes & defends ye force & injury when &ca. and Saith that true it
   is that ye Said John did Sell and deliver to him ye Said Philip ye bay
   Stone horse first in ye Declaration of him the Said John menconed and
   for plea Saith that Since ye assumpcons of him the Said Philip in ye.
   declaration of him the Said John Sett forth vizt. on ye Sixth day of March
   in the year of our Lord Christ~ one Thousand Seven hundred and Twelve.
   there at ye Parish of S.t Pauls in Kent County in Maryland in the Jurisdiciõn
   of this Court did accrue unto him & became due ye Sume of Six hundred pds
   of Tobacco for So much Tobacco which the Said John at his Special instance
   and request had and received of him y.e Said Philip by the hands of.
