   The Grand Jury Returns to the Bar and being Called over do all appear and .
   delivers to this Court the foll. presentm.ts and is willing that forme not touching
   Substance may be altered
     Presents James Meeks of Worton hundred for Cohabitting together after admoni
  :tion by the Vestry . . w.th a Certain [woman?] Mary Neale —
     The like ag.st Mary Neale of Worton hundred for Cohabitting w.th the Said James Meeks
   after Admonition by the Vestry
   The like ag.st William Darby of Low.r South Sassafras hundred for Stealing tenn [?]
   hoggs. &ca.
   The like ag.st Daniel Pirkins of Low.r South Sassafras hundred for Stealing tenn hoggs.
   The like ag.st James SMithers of Morgans Creek hundred for Stealing tenn hoggs &ca.
   The like agst Thomas [Brown?] of Worton hundred for Assaulting Cap.t Benjamin [Gatchell?]
    His Majtie - | The Said Thomas being Commited in March last by this Court to
          at | ye Sherf. if he Could not Give Surety for his appearance to
   Thomas Russell | this present Court &ca. and now the Said Thomas Comes into Court


in Custody and prays to be Discharged from the Same Commitm.t
   ordered by this Court here that the Said Thomas be discharged . . Thomas Russell
   afd being Committed In March last the former part of this Courts proceedings to this
   present time. on Suspiciõn of Murder to which he was at this time to Answer This
   Court here discharges the Sd Thomas from the Commitment afd and the Clarke of
   the Indictm.ts of this Court haveing profered to the Grand Jury a Bill which the Sd
   Jury returns as foll. viz.t Kent County Maryland. The Jurors for our Sovereigne
   Lord the King that now is upon there Oath do present That Thomas Russell of the County
   afd Marriner on the Thirteenth day of February in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
   Seven hundred & fourteen at the Parish of S.t Pauls in the County afd within the Jursidi:
  :cõn of this Court upon the body of a Certain Henry Baker then and there (in the peace of
   God being) an Assault did make & the Said Thomas Russell the fear of God before his -
   Eyes not haveing but feloniously malitiously and of his Malice forethought the Sd Henry
   Baker did feloniously murder him by throwing him the Said Henry Baker out of a certain
   Perreauger into the Water in the County & Jurisdiciõn afd whereby the Said Henry —
   Baker was Drowned ag.st the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King that now is his
   Crown and Dignity and ag.st the form of the Statute in Such case made & provided
