                                                   June Court 1714
   Behalfe did Acknowledge a Deed of Conveyance for Sixty Acres of Land being part—
   of a tract of Land Called Ruerdon [?] to John Sutton——
      Katharine Tilton one of the orphans of Humphry Tilton late of Sd County
   deceased The Said Katharine being at Age &ca. Comes into Court and Acknowledges
   to have Received from a Certain Richard Camble of this County full Satisfaccõn for
   what Estate belonged to her from her Deceased Fathr. as it was Setled &ca— and .
   Saith that She did Signe a Receipt to the afsd Richd Camble According to ye Purport
   afd
      Mr. Thomas Bowne at ye Request of a Certaine David Young of this County .
   Comes into Court & takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilist of Almighty .
   God & Saith (that he Being an Evidence to a Certificate from a Certain Mr. Thomas
   Crawford wherein he Certifys that he married a Certain David Young to a Certain
   Mary Pope in ye Year 1708 or 1709) that he did See the Same Mr. Thomas —
   Crawford Signe the Same &ca ——
      Mr. John Johnson at ye Request of the afd David Young Comes into Court
   & takes his Corporall Oath on ye Holy Evangilists of Almighty God & Saith that~
   he Being an Evidence to a Certificate from a Certain Mr Thomas Crawford wherein
   he Certifyes that he married a Certain David Young to a Certain Mary Pope —
   in ye Year 1708 or 1709) that he did See the Same Mr. Thomas Crawford Signe

      Edward Tonge as an Evidence to a Power of Attorney from Marmaduke
   Holmes of ye City of London to a Certain Capt. Giles Bond takes his Corporall
   Oath to the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God That he Did See the afd —
   Marmaduke Holmes Seale and Delivr. the Same Powr. of Attorney to ye uses.
   in the Same Contained &ca..
