                                                        June Court 1714                                          28  
   Gentleman high Sherrife of Said County and made returne thereof in these words —
   thereon endorsed as followeth viz.t Non Est Inventus pr JaHarris Sh—
      But now at this Court viz.t the fourth day of June Annoque Domini one .
   Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen The Said John Chandler Came and in
   his proper Person appeared to the above Indictment And the Same being Read
   to him & being Demanded whether he was Guilty or not Guilty of the Premises
   afd Saith that he Cannot gainsay ye Premises afd & that he is Guilty of the
   premises afd layd against him And Submits himselfe who by d the —
   determination of this Court in ye Same. Therefore it is Considered by the
   Court here viz.t the Same day last mentioned That there be Recovered from
   the afd John Chandler as well the Sume of one hundred pounds of Tobacco
   Debt According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made & Provided and also
   the Sume of Two hundred Eighty three pounds of Tobacco Cost Accrueing on
   the premises afd to the officers of this Court   .
