   ready twelve as by his precept it was Commanded who being called
   likewise came Thomas Thackston John Greenwood John Underhill
   John Green John Talbott Arthur Foreman William Jones Daniel
   Cooley Abraham Ambrose John Faning John Williams George
   Reed who being duely elected try’d & Sworn and haveing heard
   the pleadings Evidences and allegations on both Sides do with—
   draw and after Some time do against return to the barr and being
   Called over as also the Plt— & Deft do all appear and being asked
   whether they are agreed on a verdict do Say they are agreed on—
   a verdict and being asked whether they find for the plt or Deft~.
   do Say they find for the Defendant and that the Deft did pay at
   the day y^e Sumes mentioned in the plea in Satisfaciõn of the .
   Condition of the the Said bond and by Thomas Thackston there
   foreman all So Say The Deft by his att^ry afd prays Judgm.^t
   on the verd.^t~ afd . Therefore it is Considered by the Court
   here viz^t. this twentiforth day of March Anno Domⁱ. one Thousand
   Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt Nathaniel Hynson take
   nothing by his writ & Declaration afd but that he and his pledges.
   of prosecuteing be in mercy &c^a. And that the Said Deft~ go thereof
   without day &c^a. and that the Said Deft Thomas Gideon Recover
   against the Said Plt as well the Sume of four hundred Eighty five
   pounds of Tobacco about his defence in this behalfe layd out and
   Expended according to the forme of the Statute &c^a —— Jam^s Smith Clk

Geo Hill .	\|	Cepi Corpus p^r W^m Ffrisby Sher . and a Declⁿ being fild in S^d Accõn and a Copy thereof Served
a^t	\|	therew^th. according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &c^a. wherein y^e S^d Plt declared ag^st y^e S^d
Jn^o Hodges	\|	Deft~ for y^e Sume of Six pds twelve Shill^s Cur^t money &c^a.. And now at this Court came y^e S^d Plt

   by Tho Bowne his att^ry & y^e S^d Deft being called Came & y^e S^d Plt by his S^d att^r prayd y^e S^d Deft might give
   Sp^l. baile to y^e above Accõn w^ch. is granted on w^ch. William Glanvill of S^d Coty here in Co.^rt came & acknowledged
   himselfe Sp^l. Baile in y^e above accõn and doth undertake for y^e S^d Deft y^e Paym^t of y^e Damages^^afd& Cost Accruing
   if he Should be cast in y^e Said Accõn and y^e Condemnation Shall not Satiscie nor himself to y^e Custody of y^e
   [Sherf] of S^d Coty deliv^r. or that y^e S^d W^m Glanvill y^e body of y^e S^d John Hodges Shall not render &c^a. on w^ch
   the Said Accõn was Transmited to the tryall Docket~ &c^a ——                                               [Jam^s Smith?]
