Maryland Prince Georges County Sc.t On this 8.th day of August Anno Domini 1834 personally appears William Jones before me a Justice of the peace in and for the County and State aforesaid and makes oath on the holy Evangely of Almighty God that the bearer hereof negro Thomas Thomas Hepburn about five feet 8 inches high of light complexion and having a scar on the right side of his face occasioned as he says by a burn is one of the negroes liberated and set free by the last will and Testament of James Aldridge late of Prince Georges County deceased Sworn to Before Richd D Burroughs J.P. |
