AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (bH) to Title 18 "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin K.
Bassler.

Bill No. 11

AN ACT amending Paragraph (n) "Management Employee" of
Section 1.601 "Definitions" of Subtitle 6 "Employees' Relations
of Title 1 "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
include police and fire lieutenants as management employees. to
allow all police department and fire service employees to be
considered as management employees or non-management employees on
the same basis as all other county employees.

Bill No. 12

AN ACT amending Section 16.514 (c) "Prohibited rental
practices" and Section 16.515 "Leases" of Subtitle 5 "Mobile Home
Development of Title 16 "Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and
Land Development Regulations" of the Howard County Code in order
to require that a park owner state in writing any reason for
denial of a purchaser of a mobile home to be retained in the park
and to require that an executed copy of the lease be given to the
park resident.

Bill No. 13

AN ACT amending Subtitle 2 "Real Property" of Title 4
"Contracts, Purchasing and Property" of the Howard County Code by
amending Section 4.201 for the purpose of including surplus
school property as an exception to the procedure for the
disposition of real property by the county; by adding Section
4.202 for the purpose of establishing a procedure for disposing
of real property acquired as surplus school property; and by
adding Section 4.203 for the purpose of providing a severability
clause.
