SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That on or before
July 1, 1987, the examination and supervised clinical experience
as described under Section 4.5-302 will be waived for those
individuals who: (I) meet educational requirements under Section
4.5-302(d) of this Act; and (II) have practiced dietetics for at
least 3 of the last 10 years.

SECTION 4 SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1985.

Howard County Public Schools -

Noncertificated Employee Organizations

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of a public school
employer to delete Howard County from the list of those
counties that are excluded from the definition, and which,
therefore, are not covered by certain provisions relating to
negotiations with certain noncertificated school
employees; and generally relating to the representation of
certain public school employees in Howard County.
