(b) (1) As far as possible, the [4] 5 senators appointed by
the President shall be representative of the various sections and
interests of the State.

Article - Transportation

(c)  The Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene shall furnish a- joint report, within 30
days from the date Congress modifies the provisions of the Clean
Air Act, to the Legislative Policy Committee, the Senate
[Constitutional and Public Law] JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS Committee,
and the House Environmental Matters Committee outlining the
status of changes in the Federal Clean Air Act as of that date
and all other related and pertinent information.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
