(9)  Any other relevant information as the
Commissioner may require;

(10)  A [$150] $25 application fee; and

(11)  Consent to service of process on a resident
agent acceptable to the Commissioner whenever the farm labor
contractor has left Maryland or otherwise has become unavailable
to accept service.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July June 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Retirement For Volunteer Firemen and
Rescue Squadsmen

FOR the purpose of providing that if certain conditions are
performed, the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert
County may alter the retirement programs for Volunteer
Firemen and Rescue Squadsmen; and prohibiting the Board of
County Commissioners from diminishing or repealing a
retirement benefit now provided to certain retirees or
retirees' spouses; permitting an additional retirement
benefit program under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to retirement for volunteer firemen and rescue
squadsmen in Calvert County.
