no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1993] 1994.

take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Inspectors' Salaries
FOR the purpose of providing that the Board of License
Commissioners of Baltimore City shall employ a certain
number of part-time inspectors and shall pay these
inspectors certain minimum annual salaries; requiring the
Board of License Commissioners to provide permanent
part-time inspectors with benefits equal to those received
by permanent part-time State employees; and generally
relating to part-time alcoholic beverages inspectors in
Baltimore City.
