license, or if the licensee has been convicted in federal or
State court of a felony.

(2) Whenever any licensee operates a pool or billiard
parlor on premises licensed hereunder, the licensee may not
permit minors under 18 years of age to enter into or loiter about
that part of the premises devoted to the playing of pool or
billiards unless accompanied by a parent. A violation of this
prohibition empowers the board to revoke or suspend the license
of the licensee after a public hearing.

99.

(a)  The provisions of this section apply in Harford County
only.

(b)  A licensee may sell, offer for sale or dispense
alcoholic beverages or light wine:

(1)  On Monday through Sunday; and

(2)  Only between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following
morning.

(c)  A licensee may not:

(1)   [allow] ALLOW alcoholic beverages or light wine
to be consumed on his premises after 2:15 a.m. or before 8:00
a.m. the same morning; OR

(2)  ALLOW ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES GLASSES, BOTTLES, OR
CONTAINERS TO REMAIN ON TABLES OR SERVING COUNTERS AFTER 2:30
A.M.

126.

(e) In Harford County [it is unlawful for any] A licensee
under this article [to] MAY NOT:

(1)   [employ] EMPLOY any person under 18 years of age
for the purposes of selling or serving alcoholic beverages; OR

(2)  PERMIT ANY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SELL
OR SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
