(i) each senator with each part of the list
that applies to a county within the senator's district; and

(ii) each county delegation with the part of
the list that applies to its county] SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THIS
SUBTITLE, ANNUALLY SUBMIT THE LIST TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

[2-1405.

(a)  When the General Assembly meets, the following officers
of the preceding General Assembly shall be present:

(1)   from the Senate:

(i) the Secretary or, if the Secretary is
unable to attend, the journal clerk; and

(ii) the doorkeeper or, if the doorkeeper is
unable to attend, the assistant doorkeeper; and

(2)  from the House:

(i) the Chief Clerk or, if the Chief Clerk is
unable to attend, the journal clerk;

(ii) the reading clerk; and

(iii) the doorkeeper or, if the doorkeeper is
unable to attend, the assistant doorkeeper.

(b)  (1) Each officer who, under this section, is required
to be present is entitled to:

(i) 5 days' per diem compensation; and

(ii) mileage in accordance with the Standard
State Travel Regulations.

(2) Other officers of a preceding General Assembly
are not required to be present under this section and may not be
paid for their attendance.]

2-1411.

(a)  The Office is a staff agency of the General Assembly
under the general supervision and control of the President and
the Speaker.

(b)  (1) The Office shall[:

(1)] receive and analyze requests [for reimbursement
of] FROM members of the General Assembly[; and
